RN Educator - Interventional Radiology

Role: Clinical Nurse Educator in Interventional Radiology. Responsibilities: Lead staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education; serve as a clinical resource through mentoring, bedside coaching, and promoting evidence-based practice; collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and improve quality and safety; design and deliver training programs and competencies; maintain clinical expertise by providing direct patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Illinois RN license; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred); 3-5 years recent experience in Interventional Radiology or similar procedures; previous education or staff development experience preferred; BLS and ACLS certifications; strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills; experience with electronic medical records; specialty certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
