Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, teachers, and parents
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques in both individual and group settings
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with education professionals
• Educate and empower staff and families regarding strategies that promote students’ communication skills
