Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly desired
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in diverse school environments

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in students
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, aligning with IEP goals
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Conducting screenings, re-evaluations, and providing progress reports as required
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, professional development, and school activities
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records per school and regulatory guidelines
