Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
• Experience working in school settings and/or pediatrics preferred
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms considered a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-driven approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each student’s unique needs
• Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings, both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Stay current with best practices and pursue ongoing professional development
