Desired Skills and Experience:

• Hold an active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or interest in school-based settings, pediatric caseloads, and educational team collaboration
• Teletherapy skills or willingness to provide remote services (voco SLP candidates encouraged to interview)
• Knowledge of developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Healthcare SLP background is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms, as assigned
• Develop tailored goals and evidence-based therapy plans to support student progress
• Complete progress reports and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies across settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on communication disorders in an educational context
