Required Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Professional license (LARA) and Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Educator certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience working in schools, preferably with K-12 populations
• Strong clinical skills in speech and language evaluation, therapy, and documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Must prefer onsite service delivery (no remote or hybrid options available)

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload with mild-to-moderate needs
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to ensure students’ communication needs are met
• Engage in regular team meetings, consult with staff, and participate in eligibility and progress conferences
• Manage workload and scheduling across 32.5 hours per week at one dedicated school site
