Qualifications:

• Proven school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Active Michigan SLP certification required
• Authorization to work in the US
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations for student speech and language needs
• Design and implement IEP goals tailored to individual students
• Deliver direct therapy services in group and/or individual sessions
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain rigorous documentation and actively contribute to IEP meetings
• Monitor progress and adapt intervention strategies as necessary
