ROLE As a Somerpointe In-House Sales Agent your role is focused on conducting face-to-face sales presentations with our existing owners while sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and providing prospective guests the information on our vacation ownership product options. RESPONSIBILITIES * To conduct face-to-face sales presentations with our existing owners while sharing the benefits of vacation ownership. * To generate sales through sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and using proper closing techniques. * To provide prospective owners information on our vacation ownership product options. * To provide prospective owners a full and complete walking tour of Tahiti Village as set out in the sales process. * To ensure the sales process is adhered to once the initial sales training is complete. * To maintain sales results at an acceptable level as determined by management. Requirements * Must have a minimum of 2yrs In-House sales experience. * Must have effective oral and written English communication skills. * Must be able to maintain a calm friendly demeanor while interacting with guests. * Required obtain or have a Nevada TSA or Real Estate License.
