Locums Family Nurse Practitioner

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR)

We are seeking a Locums Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP) to provide full-time family medicine coverage at one of our clinics in Arizona. Providers must be willing to work at either the Central Valley or West Valley clinic, based on scheduling and operational needs. Responsibilities Providecomprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients across thelifespan. Evaluate,diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Performphysical examinations, health assessments, and preventive care. Developand manage individualized treatment plans. Orderand interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate. Prescribemedications and provide medication management. Providepatient education regarding preventive health, wellness, and chronicdisease management. Coordinatereferrals and follow-up care with specialists and other healthcareprofessionals. Maintainaccurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Current,unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license NationalFNP certification Familymedicine or primary care experience preferred Mustbe willing to provide coverage at either the Central Valley or West Valleyclinic #J-18808-Ljbffr Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc.
