Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care to patients undergoing treatment for cancer.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy and related medications in an infusion center setting.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NC or a compact state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
• Proficient in Epic electronic health record system.
• Strong phlebotomy and care coordination skills.
