Regional Sales Manager-New York

Zero Networks is a group of elite “get it done” professionals that help companies truly take back control of their environments, protecting their people, systems, and data, while minimizing the risk of cyber‑attacks without an army of people. The Regional Sales Manager will own all elements of growth and account development within their targeted regions, delivering new logos, expanding existing accounts, and driving daily pipeline generation. Responsibilities Identifying customer needs and providing tailored security solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, proactively offering cybersecurity solutions. Identifying and engaging potential clients within the target market and collaborating with the sales team to execute effective lead‑generation strategies. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. Setting and striving to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to exceed goals. Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value and benefits to clients. Skillfully negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring company profitability. Maintaining an organized and up‑to‑date sales pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting and effective follow‑up with prospects and clients. Qualifications / Requirements A willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed. Ideally a minimum of 4+ years of B2B sales within the cyber industry. Early‑stage company experience highly valued. Ideally trained in MEDDPICC & Command of the Message methodologies. Consistent track record of securing new logos and expanding existing accounts. Hands‑on pipeline generation experience and collaborative work with inside sales and partners. Experience working with partners, resellers, and service integrators. Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly. Demonstrated success selling multiple products to the same customer. Proficiency with Salesforce and comfortable updating the CRM. “Get it done” mentality – proactive execution with brilliant focus and relentless spirit.
