We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in two educational settings near Eastlake, OH, for the upcoming school year. This role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and collaborate within supportive school environments.

Assignment Snapshot:

• Two separate sites:
  • A specialized high school serving students with emotional disturbance (grades 8-12)
  • A STEM-focused school (grades 6-12)
• Locations: Chagrin Falls, OH, and Concord Township, OH
• Schedule: Services can be provided in one 7-hour day at each site, approximately 15 hours per week
• Duration: August 24th through May 31st

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Ohio
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric, school, and/or healthcare settings is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and collaboration
• Adaptability and compassion to work with students who have emotional and behavioral challenges

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to middle and high school students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
