This Executive Associate position provides high-level administrative, operational and coordination support to senior leaders/extended leadership within MEG, MAP & RWE. The role serves as a key partner enabling effective leadership operations, cross-functional collaboration and communications. The Executive Associate is a dynamic, performance driven, proactive and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, plus they are self-motivated and an efficient team player with strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills. The ED of MEG Operations will ensure operational excellence across the full study lifecycle — from budget conception, feasibility, and timeline planning through site activation, data collection, monitoring, and study closeout. This leader reports to the SVP and Head of Medical Evidence Generation, Managed Access Programs & Real-World Evidence and serves as a core member of the MEG, MAP & RWE Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs highly diverse and complex administrative functions that, by nature of the position, involve frequent interactions with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders within MEG, MAP & RWE (including MEG Operations). These include, but not limited to, phone and complex calendar management, extensive meeting scheduling & logistics, preparing domestic & international travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
• Conserves executive's time by proactively managing schedules, anticipating conflicts, identifying priorities, and coordinating solutions with minimal direction.
• Works independently and makes good decisions on behalf of the senior leaders and executives in regards calendar and travel events.
• Supports leader's preparedness for meetings (e.g., assemble meeting materials, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, preparatory meetings with key stakeholders & pre-read).
• Exhibits excellent judgment in handling confidential information, demonstrates diplomacy, professionalism, and tact in dealing with sensitive situations.
• Coordinates logistics and planning for leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, team meetings, workshops, and strategic business reviews.
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and discretion while handling confidential business information, organizational matters, personnel activities, and leadership communications.
• Anticipates leadership and business needs, independently identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance team effectiveness.
• Supports department operations through management of SharePoint sites, OneDrive repositories, electronic filing systems, distribution lists, organizational communications, and other business tools and processes.
• Creates, edits, and tracks job requisitions and personnel-related transactions and supports onboarding, organizational changes, and other activities through applicable company systems.
• Assists in the coordination and execution of department initiatives, business processes, governance activities, budget-related tasks, and special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Prioritizes activities and makes decisions based on an understanding of business objectives, organizational priorities, stakeholder needs, and BMS strategies.
• Serves as a collaborative partner across MEG, MAP & RWE, fostering effective communication, coordination, and operational excellence across leadership teams.

Reporting Relationship

• Position reports into a Therapeutic Area Head within MEG, MAP & RWE, with responsibility for supporting leaders and business activities across the MEG, MAP & RWE (including MEG Operations) team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with some college preferred. Advanced technical training a plus.
• Seasoned professional with at least 10 years of administrative experience with significant experience working with senior-level executives and external stakeholders.

Compensation Overview:

Madison - Giralda - NJ - US: $74,630 - $90,434 Princeton - NJ - US: $74,630 - $90,434 Warsaw - PL: zł94,200 - zł114,145

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
