Bilingual Family Support Case Manager
Children's Home
The Children\'s Home in New York is seeking a preventive service case worker to support families by assessing risks, strengthening family functioning, and fostering healthy parent-child relationships. Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, you will be the primary service provider aligned with the agency\'s family-centered approach. You will collaborate with DSS and schools, provide parenting skills groups and counseling, complete assessments and documentation, and participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Children's Home
