In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support across the organization — from desktop setup and helpdesk assistance to new employee onboarding on ALOM technology systems — while helping design and document the processes that keep our IT department running smoothly. You'll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to streamline how we deliver support and meet business needs.You Will Have the Opportunity ToIn cooperation with other departments, design processes that ensure stakeholder needs are met; create documentation and process flows in accordance with delivery requirementsGather information and requirements for process designAssist in streamlining processes and creating documentation with input from stakeholders and subject matter expertsCreate documentation as required for development and infrastructure projectsPerform research as needed for scoping processes and recommending productsAssist in asset management of both physical and virtual assetsAssist with day-to-day helpdesk operations and provide support for ALOM operations and ALOM end usersPerform desktop setup and aid end usersTrain new employees to understand ALOM Technologies systemsAssist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as neededMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulationsSupport cross-functional initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environmentYou Will Be Responsible ForExperience deploying and setting up Microsoft-and Linux-based computersProficiency in all systems used by the company, including Microsoft Office 365Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferredPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory administrationExperience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environmentFamiliarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management toolsExperience developing IT process documentation and process flowsWork Environment & Physical Requirements with occasional work in warehouse areas.
