What You'll Do: Operate cutting tools and equipment to trim ceramic components to precise specifications. Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Measure and verify parts for dimensional accuracy. Safely handle delicate components throughout the production process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Work with a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality. What We're Looking For: Manufacturing or production experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
