Our Dietitian is responsible for ensuring the optimal level of quality care is provided to our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient populationFollows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures ManualComplies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, and patient rights policiesParticipates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programsWill assist Dietary Manager in all operations of the dietary department as neededSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseAt least 1 years' experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilitiesMust be a Registered Dietitian.Knowledgeable with State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing HomesExpertise in performing Nutritional Assessments.Expertise in creating and modifying Nutritional Care PlansFamiliar with MDS, EMR software for Clinical DocumentationExcellent communication skillsServSafe certification preferred but not requiredBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceVoluntary BenefitsSame Day PayEAP401kWe reward hard working and caring professionals with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities!
