Senior Accounting Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support financial operations, the full-time remote Senior Accounting Analyst will drive process improvements, enhance reporting efficiency, and ensure accurate lease reporting while collaborating with various teams across multiple locations. Key responsibilities Perform lease accounting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and accurate financial statement representation Drive month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, while assisting with financial reporting deliverables Prepare audit support documentation and identify control gaps to drive process improvements and compliance initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity or publicly traded environment Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with month-end close and audit support Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex accounting topics effectively Experience in consumer or retail environments, with familiarity in data analytics tools or emerging technologies
