We are a private medical practice with NO private equity, NO hospital, and NO corporate involvement. We are entirely physician-founded, physician-owned, and physician-operated. This style of practice is incredibly rare, and vastly more important to your future interests and your work-safety as a physician than you can usually understand right out of or having recently been in training. We don't use alot of corporate- and chatgpt-style language to say that we know and care about physicians. We actually are physicians.

A Better Practice Model

Boutique-style office set-up . Our office style is rare because we bridge the gap between concierge cash-only practices and large insurance-based practices by having a small membership fee while still taking commercial insurance. This membership allows us to have longer appointment times, more personal relationships with our patients, and vastly less stress and fewer hours in the office while still making robust salaries and bonuses and keeping our practice accessible to working-class women.

Excellently-trained colleagues. Our group is small and intimate with Ivy-league and NYC-trained physicians and only the most experienced and vetted midlevels. If a physician isn't peak academic- and surgical-quality, they're not for us, and if you want to become the best physician you can be in your career, it's just like friends: it matters whom you surround yourself with.

Gorgeous south Florida location . No matter where you are in the country, we're certain that our location in Boca Raton, Florida has something that will appeal to you. We have beaches, playgrounds, and incredible public and private schools for families. Miami and Fort Lauderdale are within an hour for those who are single or looking for jobs for their partners, and the weather and indoor-outdoor lifestyle can't be beat. South Florida has changed drastically since covid from mostly retirees to a younger, highly-educated, more-vibrant crowd, and it's obvious to see why.

Competitive Compensation

The Package. It should go without saying, but we have a very competitive compensation package planned with relocation assistance, a fair call-schedule arrangement (the founding partners take more call than anyone!), proof of physicians going on parental leave to demonstrate - not just to say - that we support generous leave, CME allowances, and robust benefits like 401k matching and all the personal insurances you'd expect in a physician-level position. If it's not good enough for us as the senior physicians, it's not good enough for any of our physicians.

Opportunity Overview

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a Continental-US (non-Caribbean) Medical School

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure

• DEA registration or eligibility

• Native English fluency

• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

With special interest in candidates with:

• Graduation from highly-competitive training programs

• Teaching, Research, or Surgical awards won while in training

• Second-language proficiency
