Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Kansas City, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver eager for a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with outstanding mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the joy of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-kept, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for smooth operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35 with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance coverage starts on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.

- Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
