We’re looking for an experienced IT Technician with strong MSP roots who’s ready to level up their impact in a collaborative, high-performance environment. About the Role In this full-time, in-office position (with occasional remote Fridays), you’ll serve as a technical backbone to our operations, handling advanced support and onsite client visits. You’ll troubleshoot and configure complex network environments, support Microsoft 365 and RingCentral VOIP, and ensure uptime and efficiency for the systems that power healthcare delivery across the country.
