Job Description
Estrategia y crecimiento
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de expansión en México y la región (foco en concesiones, proyectos EPC y contratos O&M). Identificar, evaluar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (B2B y B2G). Liderar procesos de licitación pública y estructuración de proyectos de infraestructura hídrica. Impulsar alianzas estratégicas, asociaciones público-privadas (APP) y relaciones con inversionistas. Operación y ejecución Dirigir la operación integral de plantas de tratamiento de agua, garantizando: Eficiencia operativa Cumplimiento de KPIs Calidad del servicio Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), incluyendo evaluación de modelos de tercerización. Liderar procesos de optimización, transformación operativa y mejora continua. Gestión institucional y regulatoria Mantener relación estratégica permanente con autoridades regulatorias (CONAGUA, SEMARNAT y gobiernos locales). Asegurar cumplimiento del marco regulatorio, ambiental y sanitario en México. Representar legalmente a la compañía ante entidades públicas y privadas. Gobierno corporativo Reportar resultados financieros, operativos y estratégicos a la Junta Directiva. Participar en comités de auditoría y gobierno corporativo. Alertar oportunamente sobre riesgos críticos y proponer medidas correctivas. Gestión financiera Garantizar la sostenibilidad financiera del negocio. Optimizar el uso de recursos y creación de valor para accionistas. Liderar presupuestos, inversiones y evaluación de proyectos. Liderazgo organizacional Liderar, desarrollar y motivar equipos multidisciplinarios. Fomentar cultura de seguridad, innovación y alto desempeño.The Successful Applicant
Formación académica
Profesional en ingeniería, administración o carreras afines. Maestría obligatoria (MBA, Finanzas, Infraestructura, Gestión Ambiental o similar). Experiencia Más de 15 años en posiciones directivas o de alta gerencia (idealmente >20-25 años totales). Experiencia liderando: Operaciones de infraestructura hídrica o servicios públicos Proyectos bajo esquemas concesionados o APP Organizaciones con reporte a Junta Directiva Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocio y expansión regional (>10 años). Interacción con auditorías externas (idealmente Big Four: EY, PwC, Deloitte o KPMG). Conocimientos técnicos Gestión integral del recurso hídrico Tratamiento de aguas residuales e industriales Infraestructura y proyectos EPC Licitaciones públicas Regulación ambiental y sanitaria en México Sistemas de gestión integradosWhat’s on Offer
