Role Description As a Customer Service Representative with Paul McMurry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is open 9:00-5:00. I have been a State Farm agent since 2015. I am a proud graduate of LSU Law Center, LSU Graduate School, and Rhodes College.
