Industrial Maintenance Technician — 1st Shift

Pay: $26–$29 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift; 5:00 a.m. start time
Overtime: Subject to mandatory overtime

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliable operation of production equipment. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and general upkeep to help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Complete general maintenance and upkeep throughout the production environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and maintenance standards.
• Help maintain production equipment to support product quality and operational efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions as required.
• Work scheduled overtime, including mandatory overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Previous production equipment repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a 5:00 a.m. start time and mandatory overtime as required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
