Key Responsibilities Field incoming and make outgoing calls to and from commercial customers and assist them with supply orders, advise them on sales, promotions, and new product releases. You will also be expected to provide consultation in order to understand where challenges exist in their business, and present solutions to resolve their challenges so North Light Color becomes their vendor of choice. Perform data entry of required customer information into company system in order to create and maintain an ongoing sales database. We are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum 5 years sales experience. A knowledge of the large‑format printing industry is not required but would be a big plus. Although this position does entail a lot of phone sales, the candidate would also need to be comfortable with face‑to‑face selling, with strong CRM skills experience.
