Working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners, you'll help transform new ideas into scalable manufacturing solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide.This is a fully onsite position based in Danvers, MA, where in-person collaboration is essential to supporting our AME development teams and delivering life-changing therapies.Responsibilities may include:Lead engineering programs supporting new product development, manufacturing readiness, and technology transfer.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.Guide engineering activities from concept through commercialization.Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and engineering solutions.Lead technical feasibility assessments and support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure engineering documentation and technical quality requirements are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.Coordinate activities with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to meet program objectives.Monitor program performance, resolve technical challenges, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.Mentor engineering talent and foster collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.Required QualificationsBachelors degree with minimum of 5 years of related experience ORMasters degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications7+ years of engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development, or technical program management experience.Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering projects.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting medical device product development and commercialization.Knowledge of Design Controls, FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, or other regulated product development frameworks.Experience with manufacturing automation, process development, equipment validation, or Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.Experience leading technology transfers, process scale-up, or manufacturing readiness initiatives.PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management/process improvement certification.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
