Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon's Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor Program (LTAMDS) is seeking a Program Operations Manager to work at our Andover, MA facility.What You Will DoManage coordination and execution of program schedules across Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.Support Manufacturing Operations strategy through the application of CORE and R6 Sigma best practices.Lead development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for both recurring production and new business opportunities.Coordinate Operations inputs for new development and production bids and proposals.Develop production plans and Make/Where strategies, and author manufacturing and operations sections of technical proposals.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
