We launched official direct-to-consumer brand websites and offline showroom for the U.S. market, eliminating intermediaries to provide better value for salon owners, hairstylists, barbers, and beauty professionals. As our business continues to scale, our product portfolio keeps expanding to meet diverse industry needs, helping our customers maximize cost savings and improve efficiency. Position Overview We seek an experienced sales professional to expand distribution of professional-grade beauty tools within local US markets. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Core Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, manage 150+ existing accounts across assigned territories Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and meetings to generate sales opportunities. Prospect and onboard 15-20 new local salon/retail accounts monthly Regularly report regional progress to headquarters.
2. Partnership Management: Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with 2 small-to-medium beauty businesses, salon chain stores, beauty school, local business associations such as PBA, AACS monthly to drive joint business opportunities. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits. Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training to generaate leads and build brand awareness;
3. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing strategies for market entry. Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.
4. Showroom Operation: Be responsible for the construction and layout design of the showroom, as well as the planning and execution of promotional activities. Receive visiting clients at the showroom, facilitate deal closures, and encourage repeat purchases. Optimize product layouts in the showroom based on client feedback.
5. Sales Targets Achivement: Analyze customer needs, develop proposal, and negotiate contract. Ensure sales targets are met and provide regular updates on business progress.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute business development strategies effectively. Monitor competitor pricing/product/marketing strategies, provide market feedback to help optimize products and services.

2+ years B2B field sales experience in beauty/wellness industry Documented success growing local market share (provide sales metrics) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM tools Preferred Qualifications Existing network with LA beauty suppliers Experience managing price-sensitive accounts (10K-50K annual spend) Familiarity with beauty school procurement processes Familiar with various local business associations and have experience in cooperation #J-18808-Ljbffr OmySalon
