As a Real Estate Sales Agent with The Mark Dimas Team, you will:

• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process.

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals and provide expert guidance.

• Respond to incoming leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into successful transactions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Stay informed about local market trends, neighborhoods, and real estate opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members and support staff to deliver a seamless, first-class client experience.

• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities to grow your personal production.

$50,000–$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential Commission-based compensation with earning potential tied to individual production and performance.

• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

• Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and real estate technology.

• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred, but not required.
