Responsibilities: Promptly follow up with company-provided leads and nurture opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals, wants, and needs. Guide clients confidently through the entire home buying and selling process, from initial consultation through closing. Maintain strong knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, inventory, and current real estate trends. Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date property and pricing insights. Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for the client's best interests. Manage the transaction and closing process to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. Build and maintain lasting client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. Utilize our technology, CRM, and systems to manage leads, communication, and transactions effectively. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously develop your skills and stay current on industry best practices. Qualifications: Active Real Estate License Required: Candidates must hold a valid Texas real estate license. Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time, 100% commission-based real estate position. Candidates must be ready to fully commit to building their real estate career. Sales Experience Preferred: Previous sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $85,000+ commission only annual earning potential
