Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
Demonstrated competency with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Experience providing evaluations and treatment for geriatric populations, including ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendation, and fall prevention strategies required.
Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams required.
Must be available to work the specified days and shift hours listed in Assignment Details.
