Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Division in Cincinnati, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly foot traffic, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations. Assist with security-related support during opening and closing activities, including observing access points, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following post orders for the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
