Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Serve in an armed post while following all applicable post orders, use-of-force guidelines, and weapon handling protocols, helping to support a professional presence at the location. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
