The Little Gym is a premier childrens fitness and early childhood development center focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills through gymnastics-based learning and play.

We are hiring for a passionate Kids Gym Instructor, Youth Fitness Coach, and Early Childhood Teacher to lead fun, structured classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. If you love working with kids and have experience in childcare, teaching, coaching, gymnastics, or fitness, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach kids gymnastics classes and toddler classes
• Lead activities that promote motor skills, balance, coordination, and social development
• Provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
• Communicate with parents about progress and milestones
• Assist with birthday parties, camps, and kids events
• Support daily operations and maintain a clean facility

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, coaching, or teaching
• Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, or fitness training preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, reliable, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
