Trade Surveillance Analyst

Position Overview This is a great opportunity for a true career contractor with a focus in Trade Surveillance and is happy about a Hybrid work schedule located in Midtown NYC. Contract Based Opportunity 3 months or longer Hybrid Schedule. Responsibilities Clear trade alerts that have been backed up due to a change in trade surveillance systems. Conduct daily surveillance to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and firm policies. Perform research and investigations to identify the reason for potential violations. Document research results and escalat[e] violations and/or suspicious activity according to firm policy and regulatory requirements. Liaise with Information Technology and Senior Management in the development, review, and clearing of surveillance models.
