Marketing & Sales Campaign Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin Required)

About the Role

• We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Campaign & Sales Coordinator to develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative marketing ideas with strong sales and project coordination skills. A key focus will be creating campaigns that connect our boba products with exciting company merchandise, such as plush toys, keychains, limited-edition products, and other promotional items.
• The Coordinator will work closely with Store Operations to make sure campaigns are well planned, communicated, and successfully executed across our stores.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in  marketing, sales leadership, food & beverage, or a related field .
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop new campaign ideas.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with sales goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with Store Operations and store managers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Campaign Development

• Develop creative marketing campaign ideas that drive sales and customer traffic.
• Create seasonal, holiday, promotional, and limited-time campaigns.
• Develop campaigns that combine boba beverages with company merchandise and promotional products.
• Research customer trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and promotional materials.

Sales & Performance

• Support campaigns with clear sales goals and performance targets.
• Monitor sales and campaign results.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spending, repeat visits, and merchandise sales.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and share results with management.

Store Operations Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Store Operations before, during, and after each campaign.
• Communicate campaign details, timelines, promotions, and procedures to store teams.
• Ensure stores have the necessary products, merchandise, and marketing materials before campaign launches.
• Work with store managers to resolve campaign execution issues.
• Collect feedback from store teams and customers to improve future campaigns.

Merchandise & Product Campaigns

• Develop ideas for merchandise such as plush toys, keychains, cups, apparel, and limited-edition items.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on merchandise development and launches.
• Assist with merchandise planning, launch timing, and promotional strategy.
• Track merchandise sales and campaign performance.

Project Management

• Coordinate campaign projects from concept through launch and completion.
• Maintain campaign timelines and deadlines.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Design, and other departments.
• Ensure all campaign materials and products are ready before launch.
• Identify potential issues and coordinate solutions.
