Responsibilities Support of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) J2X. Assist in analyzing reporting and risks to make recommendations and assessments of foreign intelligence collection and threats to USSTRATCOM operations and planning. Partial responsibility for managing and querying databases and systems such as RMT/TAC/M3/NGT for relevant reporting and quickly developing concise, accurate, and well‑researched analytic recommendations and products for briefings to inform senior USSTRATCOM leaders, activities, operations, and other customers. Demonstrate strong intelligence research and analytic skills to include knowledge of applying intelligence community analytic tradecraft compliant with ICD 203 and 206. Experience authoring complex counterintelligence products and analytic judgements. Help assess foreign intelligence threats to USSTRATCOM missions and equities. Possess knowledge of USSTRATCOM J2X UCP missions as well as understanding of foreign intelligence services’ tradecraft and activities. Develop counterintelligence‑related analytic products as defined by DoDI 5240.18 Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least a portion of the experience occurring within the last 2 years. Experience performing all‑source intelligence analysis in the Intelligence Community; authored or co‑authored intelligence products released through the IC dissemination process. TS/SCI clearance is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite applications.
