Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Control Room Data Analyst - Auditor to support a 24/7/365 traffic operations program in Omaha, Nebraska. This position will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources to measure programming and individual performance, as well as providing useful insights and reporting to drive continuous program improvements. Scope of Work:This position will report to the Program Manager with direct interaction with staff. The role of this position will be to accomplish, on a routine basis, the following responsibilities:Performance measurement, research, data collection and analysis, reporting.Preparation of weekly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance measure reports.Tracking and reporting of program and individual performance.Programming and/or coordination of enhancements to all in-house developed databases and reports.Develop and oversee data collection methods.Preparation of the monthly program progress report.Presentation of performance and mobility statistics to stakeholders.Research best performance measurement practices at other TMCs across the world and incorporate findings.Maintain and administer the operator certification program.Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager.Readily assume duties of Control Room Operator when needed to fill staffing shortages.Work Conditions:Office environment.Often working independently.Deadline oriented.Employee-to-employee interaction and fact finding.May occasionally be asked to work evenings/weekends for special data collection projects.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Drivers’ License is in good standing.
