Real Estate Lead Manager

Only candidates who reside in Mexico will be considered for the role. We're hiring a Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for off‑market seller leads and the person responsible for ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. You'll spend your days making seller calls, following up with leads already in our CRM, and keeping our pipeline organized and moving forward. When the timing is right, you'll qualify motivated sellers and hand off the best opportunities to our acquisitions team. This role is the engine that keeps our business running, and the person in it has a direct impact on company revenue. Responsibilities Call, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leads Use our qualification framework (Motivation, Condition, Timeline, Price) to identify real opportunities Manage the lead pipeline inside our CRM, ensuring every lead is followed up with consistently and no opportunity is lost to a lack of process Hand off qualified appointments to our acquisitions team Maintain consistent daily call volume on a multi‑line dialer Participate in daily huddles, training, and team meetings Track your KPIs and continuously improve your conversion rates Qualifications Prior phone experience, ideally in a sales or appointment‑setting role Experience managing a lead pipeline Comfortable talking to many people every day, including difficult or unmotivated prospects Real estate experience (wholesaling, investing, or agent side) Experience using a multi‑line dialer with high daily call volume Compensation $5 - $8 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
