We generate a steady flow of leads through TV commercials, our website, and strategic marketing. Our Lead Managers are the first point of contact and play a critical role in setting the tone for every seller relationship. About the Role This is an entry-to-mid level sales role designed for someone who enjoys talking to people, asking great questions, and staying organized. Responsibilities Take inbound calls from homeowners responding to our TV ads and website Make outbound follow-up calls to new & existing leads Ask the right questions to understand motivation, timeline, and property details Build rapport and trust with sellers over multiple conversations Properly qualify leads and route strong opportunities to our Acquisitions team This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into acquisitions or higher-level sales over time.
