Competitive Pay: $45-47/hour + monthly bonuses + $1,500 bonus for joining our team Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) with match Work-Life Balance: Consistent 4-5 day schedule, no evenings, no weekends, and 1-hour lunch breaks Professional Growth: Access to CE credits, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities Modern Technology: Dentrix, digital charting, advanced imaging, and fully equipped operatories Supportive Team Culture: Work alongside experienced dentists, specialists, and team members who value collaboration and exceptional care Location Preferred Dental of Cromwell |75 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT 06416 Schedule Full-Time | 4-5 Days Per Week Monday - Thursday: 8AM-5PM Friday: 8AM-4PM Your Role as a Dental Hygienist Deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride application Take and interpret digital radiographs Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate patient records and uphold OSHA/HIPAA compliance What We’re Looking For Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification Local anesthesia certification preferredStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Experience in a dental office setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome Why Preferred Dental of Cromwell?
