Mancan Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:Responsible for maintaining apartment units, common areas, and property equipment. Performs repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepares units for new residents. Key Responsibilities:
Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and fixtures.
Complete work orders and resident maintenance requests.
Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas as needed.
Respond to maintenance emergencies.
Keep maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas organized.
Follow company safety procedures and local building codes. Typical Requirements:
1+ year of apartment/property maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license may be required.
HVAC certification is a plus.
