Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs, strengths, and social support systems to develop effective treatment plans.
• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic relationships that enhance their willingness to share and participate in their own care, thereby fostering trust and mutual respect.
• Design and implement individualized care plans that include achievable treatment goals, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing integrative techniques to aid clients in managing stress, overcoming obstacles, and developing coping strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress, offering consistent encouragement and support throughout their mental health journey.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and advocate for ongoing patient needs within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, each experiencing various mental health challenges. You will address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed and credentialed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse population.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of unsupervised post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated experience working with adults and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment outcomes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
