Project Manager - Home Modernization

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 6 years' experience preferred ; relevant candidates outside this range can be considered
• Strong Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, multiple spreadsheets
• Strong data analysis: identify trends, outliers, discrepancies, and validate data
• Excellent attention to detail accuracy is critical
• Comfortable working across multiple systems/platforms ; Salesforce is a plus
• Independent / self-driven able to manage work without constant supervision

Strong written and verbal communication ; can clearly document issues and resolutions

• Available to work 8:00 AM ET business hours
• Comfortable with fully remote work

NICE TO HAVE

• Building science / energy industry experience
• Federal/state grant experience
• IRA reporting experience - NOT required
• Excel sample demonstrating Pivot Tables/XLOOKUP

REQUIRED SUBMISSION

• Writing sample showing clear, concise communication of an issue, resolution/action, and timeline
• Resume clearly highlighting Excel + data analysis + attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word) - Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM) - Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and/or internal auditing - Prior experience with federal and state grant administration is preferred - Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background

Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful?

- Strong ability to analyize data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff

Salesforce, NEIS, New York Home Energy Portal (NYHEP), Tableau

Tasks:

- Assist with monthly and quarterly Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting; - Review IRA documentation approved by implementation staff for complaince with NYSERDA policies; - Responsible for pulling records, intense federal level reporting, and internal auditing; - Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Home Modernization team
