Software Engineer II

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Engineer II will ensure high-quality standards for various systems and applications within the Content Platforms & Operations portfolio, participating in production support and developing tools to manage system functionalities. Key responsibilities Serve as the initial contact for end users reporting issues or requesting assistance with supported systems and applications Triage, assign, prioritize, and resolve user-reported incidents and requests using a ticketing system Develop, expand, and administer system monitoring and production support tools while troubleshooting production support issues Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a production support software engineering role Expertise in supporting and debugging applications using JavaScript (NodeJS, React), Java, SQL, and MongoDB Strong understanding of information security principles and networking fundamentals Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study Proactive work style with strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective collaboration abilities
