Inventory Control Analyst

Inventory Control AnalystWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Norman, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our inventory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex data systems to support our supply chain objectives.Monitor and track inventory levels in real-time using inventory management systems and identify discrepanciesConduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure system accuracy and compliance with company standardsAnalyze inventory data and trends to identify inefficiencies, variances, and opportunities for optimizationPrepare comprehensive inventory reports and documentation for management review and decision-makingCoordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize waste and improve efficiencyInvestigate and document inventory variances, including shrinkage and obsolescence, to determine root causesMaintain and update inventory management systems with accurate product information and stock levelsSupport continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing metrics and recommending process enhancementsAssist in inventory forecasting and planning to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costsQualifications3+ years of related professional experienceProficiency with inventory management systems and related software platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysisExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasksSolid understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferred)Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred)Knowledge of inventory forecasting methodologies and techniques (preferred)Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
