About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Payor Strategy to join their mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their preferred home setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key payers, promoting innovative programs, and serving as the primary subject matter expert for negotiated contracts. This role requires a commitment to the company's values and a dedication to developing a team of healthcare providers who share the same passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. As the Vice President, Payor Strategy, you will be at the forefront of the company's efforts to deliver unparalleled care. This includes identifying and implementing contracting opportunities for revenue improvement, negotiating agreements that align with financial goals, and ensuring the successful implementation of all contracts. The role also involves data analysis, resource management, and providing leadership and mentorship to staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in executive business development, with at least 5 years in a successful management or leadership role, and a strong educational background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree. A key aspect of the position is the ability to travel as needed and to meet all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
