What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, equipment)
• Maintain facility equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions
• Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-kept
• Assist with moving and handling equipment as needed
• Run facility-related errands and pick up supplies
• Participate in inspections and maintain regulatory readiness
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous maintenance experience required (healthcare setting a plus)
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and move equipment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
