Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities throughout Wisconsin. If you're looking for extra hours, flexibility, or an opportunity to grow your clinical experience, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

• Provide therapy services according to CPT and facility guidelines
• Support daily rehabilitation operations
• Work collaboratively with patients, therapists, and care teams
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin PTA license
• SNF experience preferred
• Net Health experience is a plus
• New graduates are welcome!
