To support a growing portfolio, the full-time remote Lead Affiliate Manager will manage publisher relationships across multiple verticals, focusing on optimizing performance and driving margin growth. Key responsibilities Own and manage publisher accounts end to end, ensuring strong relationships and performance tracking Monitor compliance and proactively address issues before they escalate, maintaining a diversified book of business Drive optimization efforts by analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to enhance partner outcomes Required qualifications Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and demonstrating impactful changes Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance Fluency in performance tracking platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively Strong proactive optimization skills, with a focus on taking actionable steps based on reporting insights
